After your surgery, you can expect some mild to moderate pain that can be controlled with prescription pain medication. You will also need to see Dr. Takowsky about 2 to 3 days after your surgery, so he can make sure that you are healing well, and there are no signs of concern. You should expect some swelling, possible bruising, and discomfort during erections for the first two weeks after surgery. However, any discomfort will be controlled with medication.
